Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The purchase must have been made within the last 72 hours of your refund request.
  • You must NOT have:
    • Attempted any part of a test or exam.
    • Requested or received a certificate of completion.
    • Completed 50% or more of the purchased course.
    • Been notified of the shipment of training materials or other merchandise.

If you meet these criteria, please submit your refund request in writing via email to support@gccouncil.org within 72 hours of purchasing the course. Be sure to include your receipt as proof of purchase and specify the reason for your refund request.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for:

  • Shipped training materials or merchandise.
  • Any national, state, or local regulatory fees associated with the course.
  • Failure to pass quizzes, final exams, or other assessment requirements within the allowed attempts, as per course guidelines.
  • Failure to meet identity verification requirements (including state or government ID, security questions, etc., as per course guidelines).
  • Course expirations, as outlined in the course guidelines.
  • Expedited processing or mailing of certificates, training materials, or other merchandise once the expedited service has been fulfilled.

Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account and will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Course-Specific Policies: If any course-specific terms, conditions, or policies presented during registration conflict with this refund policy, the course-specific terms will take precedence.
